Calligraphy is purely spiritual experience for me. The way brush, tools, ink, paper and hand; all interact – it's totally a play of action and reaction. I am unaware; how the stroke’s journey is going to end or the reaction of ink on the paper or the tool’s equation with ink to form interesting texture. More than an end product, I enjoy this unplanned process of uncertainty, surprises and sometime risk. You are engaging with many tools, focusing on various aspects or senses all together at one single moment to deliver one fine stroke – for me this involvement is a meditation of its own kind.
