It would be unfortunate if you receive the product in a damaged condition or you are dissatisfied with the purchase (that would be the rare case though) but we would happy to help you to get a replacement or refund if you notify us within 2 working days. Please send an email at anikheel@gmail.com with the product photo, order details and of course a valid reason for returning the product.
We will ship the replacement product (with respect to availability) OR we will process the refund within 4-6 working only after receiving and assessing the product returned by you. In both cases, please ship the product unopened, unused and make sure you pack it securely to avoid any damage in the transit. The shipping cost to be borne by the customer.
Please note that slight variation in the printing, colours or mis-positioning should not be considered a defect as that’s the nature of handmade products and it adds the beauty to each piece.
